Build
Create the solution.
Create and implement the appropriate process, system, service or resource.
Manage
Keep it working.
Remain involved when the client wants SimpleWorks to operate or administer the solution.
Not every engagement needs all three.
Start where the need actually is. A company can rent equipment or arrange workforce housing without an assessment, and an owner can hire SimpleWorks directly for Owner's Representation.
Some engagements are a single resource on one project. Others are a full operating system SimpleWorks builds and then continues to run. Both are normal.
